Documents will be saved until they are deleted by the user itself.

No. The documents are saved to your dedicated account with secured access.

Yes. You can give separate access to your accountant who can review/edit the data and flag it once posted. The approval mechanism allows posting only once the invoice is marked as “Approved”.

The tool is 100% web-based, so you just need an internet connection and browser.
